We strive for your complete satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange items through the same Dzovo outlet where it was purchased or dispatched, within 30 days of delivery.
- Requirements: Sales invoice slip, original packaging, and the item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, and free from stains, odor, or missing labels/tags.
- Policy Exclusions: Discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Complaint Process: Contact customer service from our website to register your complaint, indicating the item(s) and reason for return.
Refund
- Eligibility: Return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full amount refund to your account.
- Conditions: Refunds are issued directly to your account. Refunds are applicable if the item does not match the original specifications or if there are delays due to force majeure conditions.
- Policy Exclusions: Refunds are not applicable to discounted items.
